Pregnancy announcements are always a blast .... but when you add in your fur babies. Come on!?!

This big brother and sister fur siblings are super excited to be welcoming in a human baby!!

Your fur babies are (most of the time) your FIRST babies, so why not add them into your special announcement? I mean, I'm ALWAYS going to say yes! hahah!

This family is gaining another member and they couldn't be any happier! They're getting a little girl to love! Big brother is super excited and momma is loving the idea of adding pink to the family! 

 Isn't Momma's dress stunning?! I mean, she was already glowing with love and beauty, but add this dress and wow! Momma is stunning!

 

I love capturing the couple who is expecting a bundle of joy because you cans the love that they share with one another and it's simply amazing. They both glow ... and I couldn't have asked for a more good-looking family!

 Any day now this little girl will be out in the world and I cannot WAIT to meet her! Congratulations you three and enjoy every little moment of this pregnancy and birth!

 Here's a little before and after I did for the family. I have boys - so I have "boy colored" blocks ... and the dogs got ahold of a few - so they're chewed up. LOL BUT momma wanted to see something about spelling out the baby girl's name and I HAD to try! ;) What do y'all think?

Winter Belly | Maternity | Fayetteville, NC Photographer

This family SHOULD be having a baby soon!! If not already! This sweet family braved the weird February weather for a maternity shoot that was perfect! Beautiful family, adorable big sister and cute belly!

 Even though this is a photo shoot that is to announce a pregnancy and that a baby is coming, it also symbolizes the growing of a family. They are now going to be a family of four and the "baby" of the family is now going to be a BIG SISTER! I mean, wow! What a promotion right?

I love to focus on the siblings who will soon be big brothers and sisters because this is it. This is the last session where it's going to be all about them. Because the next session, the photographer (hopefully me) will expect big sister to sit and smile while I focus on the baby and get the best look from him or her. So why not spoil big sister just a little bit more? I mean, she's going to be taking on quite the role!

Holiday Minis in a Blur | Family | Fayetteville, NC Photographer

Hey there! Happy New Year! Haha! I'm a tad behind ... I know. But here's the deal ... y'all knew that I am not good at keeping up with blogging so why would the end of December 2015 or the beginning of 2016 be any different?! ;)

 

Anyway, I just wanted to share with y'all the many holiday minis I did towards the end of 2015. I was so impressed with the amount of families I was able to capture memories for! Some were return clients/friends but many were new and I LOVED meeting each and every one of them!

Great times were made. Chasing toddlers, making funny noises at pups, laughing with lovebirds, baby bumps and of course making relationships. Thank you to those of you who booked me in 2015 and I can't wait to meet the new friends in 2016 who book a session with me! 2016 is definitely looking bright already!

Like I said, I had a blast in 2015 and seriously can't wait for 2016! There are new and exciting things happening. I can't officially announce some of the BIG changes yet, but lemme letcha in on a small secret ... you MIGHT wanna use your gift certificates you received in the holiday cards and use them SOON!  After all, we are a military family and things are a-brewing! ;)

I know ... I know ... you're over there like, "JUST TELL ME THE NEWS!" But alas, I cannot. Nothing is official until it's Facebook official. ;) So if you're not following me on Facebook yet, you REALLY should!
