Him, Her, & Pup | Family | Fayetteville, NC Photographer

Guys, I know. Your furry family members are just that. Family. You should be able to go to a photographer and get your WHOLE family in your family portraits. I love it when clients bring their animals to a session. I mean, they make sessions so much fun!

Handsome fella huh? LOL He had no clue what kinda noises I was making ... LOL but Made for great portraits for mom and dad! :)

This couple and their pup traveled to see me in Fayetteville. I was so honored for them to choose me for their holiday portraits! They were a blast to photograph and their love for each other and their pup showed. I mean, can't you just feel the love here?! <3

Y'all should take advantage of my holiday mini special "Waggin' Tails" to get updated portraits, holiday portraits, and have fun with your fur-baby!

Morning Glow | Concept | Fayetteville, NC Photographer

Annaleigh modeled for us at an awesome location of rundown house. She brought her vapor and we had this amazing hat. Not to mention the amazing morning glow from the sun low in the sky. I used my helio lens for the awesome circular effect and man ... how freaking awesome do her eyes look?!

And no rundown house session would be complete without a little black and white. ;)

Everyone is Included | Family | Fayetteville, NC Photographer

This family won a free session with me at recent small business get together. She wanted to wait to use it until her hubby got back from deployment. <3 She cashed in the free session and we got some amazing shots!

You guys know how much I love when families ask to bring their fur babies!! This black beauty wasn't into it with me ... but then little sister gave a BIG hug and then pup was ready for her close up! <3

Kisses all around!

Thank you for choosing me as your photographer! I can't wait to work with you again!

Lifestyle Holiday | Family | Cameron, NC Photographer

What a better time to get extended family involved with family photos than during the holiday season AND when a new addition has been added to the family?!

When this little gal came into the world, it was time to celebrate - of course! And during the holidays? of course! The family decided to do an outdoorsy/home sort of session ... and with the rain and a gorgeous house ... hello! ;) I was ALL about it!

Got the extended family solo pics and then of course the sibling picture! I love older sibling portraits because they tend to pick on each other. Not like how toddlers push and shove their siblings, but with adults, they make me laugh harder than innocent toddler gibber gabber!

Then of course, little sister is going to the same university as her dad ... so HAD to shoot the rings! (Texas A&M) And had to get gramma and grandpa -- even though they didn't want to. But it was gram ma's idea to get the portraits in the first place!

Then of course little miss ... who slept for her close up! ;) Well, for most of the session she slept! haha! Precious little angel!

And then Oh! She woke up! <3 LOVE that little face!

Her Favorite Patriot | Military Homecoming | Fort Bragg, N.C. Photographer

She contacted me MONTHS ago ... not because she's super organized, but because he was supposed to come home months ago! He kept getting pushed back and she was just ready for him to be home. She had their favorite (and oh by the way my favorite) NFL team's jerseys made with their last name on it and made an uber cute sign. She was so ready for him to be home!

Luckily, she had many awesome friends to keep her busy during the wait ... I mean, she only showed up ... I think 3 hours early? ;) But when she saw that plane land and the crowd start cheering ... her emotions got the best of her. And that is just fine, I mean, the love of her life was FINALLY home!

As the soldiers marched into the hangar everyone was on their tip toes trying to find their hero. Even one Grandpa helped out a baby meeting his/her daddy for the first time to get a better look!

As the sun started to set, all eyes were on the formation as they walked in for their final ceremony before being reunited with their loved ones.

The below collage is like the epitome of emotions that a spouse goes through while he or she is waiting for their hero. She was so stinking cute. She was giddy with excitement as she watched the soldiers in formation, she scanned the formation and was worried because she couldn't find him in the see of red berets. Everyone around her began moving once the soldiers were released and one by one were reunited with their loved ones. She scanned and scanned ... couldn't find him. She waited as time ticked by ... was that him? No. That? no ... is that him?! it is! it is! She began jumping up and down and ran to him. The smile on his face was AWESOME. They embraced and hugged and kissed and hugged and wiped tears and then ... the relief rushed over her. He was home. He was here with her. He was in her arms. She giggled at herself. But he was really home.

I mean seriously?? How stinking cute are they?! I can't say it enough. I. Love. Homecomings!
