I'm really going to miss this location when we move in a year. It has the BEST lighting in the evenings ... any time really. But the Golden Hour here is GORGEOUS.

How sweet is this family? Baby girl is full of spunk yet very serious ... at least towards me. ;) But oh so adorable. Big brother is so silly and full of life .. this family was truly awesome to photograph - even if momma had to tickle baby girl to smile. But I'll take it. Their portraits were so stunning when printed large. I was in love.

When I got the call asking about a 30 year cake smash, I was all aboard! How awesome and fun was this idea?! It's all hers too! All I did was bring the cake stand! She is surrounded by all her favorite things and what about popping the champagne cork?!

 Then she asks about her mother's birthday shindig too .... um,  of course!! Look at this beautiful and stylish momma!

I had such a blast working with these beautiful, strong and fabulous women. The light was perfect, the setting gorgeous and the mother daughter bond shone through it all. Thank you ladies for choosing me as your photographer to capture this moment for y'all!

I was so excited when this family hired me to photograph their family before daddy left on a business trip! They were so much fun! The boys were full of energy and spunk and Mom and Dad were silly and in love. I had a blast!

This is what happens when you tell brothers to love each other. haha! They were so cute and silly!

Of course we had to get pictures alone with daddy for everyone! <3

 These boys. <3 So much fun. I mean, that's all I can really say! I was left tired, but in a fabulous mood. I had to mediate with a stick in my back pocket, I had to make silly noises and talk about monkey cheese, and all other silly boy stuff. But oh, they melted my heart!

I figure since I'm in El Paso now ... Like, this is my home and my business has just been accepted by the Texas Secretary of State ... I should probably blog about TEXAS! LOL

My eldest agreed to model for me, so I had to jump at the opportunity! He doesn't wanna be in front of my camera so this was definitely a surprise. I ran around the house getting props and outfits together and then we headed out to the desert behind us. After checking for snakes, he was very adamant at that, we got to work! 

I am so in love with this desert scenery! I cannot wait to start photographing clients here! Guys! I'm an El Pasoan now! Let's get a session together! Big Family, Big Hearts | Family | Fayetteville, NC Photographer

This family was the last family session I did in Fayetteville. And WOW! To say I was a tad nervous when momma said she had four children under the age of 7 ... it's an understatement. BUT these children were the most well-mannered children I have ever met! They definitely put my children's manners to shame! haha

 They were up for any and all photography shenanigans. Super cute, and boy did they make me giggle.

  

 

 These two were so cute. I asked them to take a few pics of just them. "Do we really have to?" LOL Then I asked them to kiss ... LOL Man, these two are so in love and you could tell as we walked about the park and wrangling kids. LOL

This is just a giggle and a reason why you should hire a photographer. Sometimes I don't like to show all the secrets to my photographs ... but this was worth sharing. It took three photographs to get the kids all looking and/or smiling in one image. This my friends, is why you hire a photographer. <3
