I have the BEST clients ever.

How gorgeous is this couple?! Young, in love, and expecting their first child. SIGH. So much YES!

She was only a couple months along, but we had to get a few shots in the desert before Dad headed off to work and she headed back home to wait patiently for her love to come home!

These troopers stuck it out with me in the canyon with windy of the windiest WIND ever! haha! In between gusts, these two relaxed and sharing their love in front of my lens... I mean, come on!?

A Rosey Engagement | Couple | Fayetteville, NC Photographer

 I have been photographing Morgan for a while as she has modeled for me and my photography buddies. But when she asked me to photograph her engagement session, I absolutely said YES! LOL Especially since was adding Bane. The dog that is. ;)

You might remember Bane from this POST. LOL he was so little bitty but already full of personality. Well, he did fantastic for this session with his momma and papa! He put up with my shenanigans and everything. 

 Oh, course the couple did fantastic as well! You can obviously see the love they share for one another in each image.

 

The balloons were her request and I of course was like, "Um yeah, of course." LOL They added a pop of color that looked awesome with the sun flare and the roses.

Can anyone say, "Awwwwwww!?"

Look at Bane here. He looks so proud and regal. LOL He is a handsome guy.

 Congratulations to the both of you (three if you count Bane) ;)! I look forward seeing what y'alls future holds and if you're still looking for a wedding photographer .... I know one that travels. ;)

Spring Love | Couple | Fayetteville, NC Photographer

This couple ... HOLY CUTENESS ALERT! She contacted me because she wanted a few images of her and her boyfriend before he headed overseas. They're high school sweethearts and wow, the love they share for each other just radiated off of them. I left this session happier than when I arrived because of the two of them! <3

They were even willing to brave the frigid spring air (meaning they didn't mind cuddling closer to one another) ;) and they climbed inside a tree/bush thingy for me to get awesome sun flare. haha!

The above shot is from my wonderful Russian made Helio 35mm ... it is seriously my favorite lens to shoot when I have couples in love! You should see this ENGAGEMENT session I shot a few years ago at the same location and with same lens! ;)

Holiday Minis in a Blur | Family | Fayetteville, NC Photographer

Hey there! Happy New Year! Haha! I'm a tad behind ... I know. But here's the deal ... y'all knew that I am not good at keeping up with blogging so why would the end of December 2015 or the beginning of 2016 be any different?! ;)

 

Anyway, I just wanted to share with y'all the many holiday minis I did towards the end of 2015. I was so impressed with the amount of families I was able to capture memories for! Some were return clients/friends but many were new and I LOVED meeting each and every one of them!

Great times were made. Chasing toddlers, making funny noises at pups, laughing with lovebirds, baby bumps and of course making relationships. Thank you to those of you who booked me in 2015 and I can't wait to meet the new friends in 2016 who book a session with me! 2016 is definitely looking bright already!

Like I said, I had a blast in 2015 and seriously can't wait for 2016! There are new and exciting things happening. I can't officially announce some of the BIG changes yet, but lemme letcha in on a small secret ... you MIGHT wanna use your gift certificates you received in the holiday cards and use them SOON!  After all, we are a military family and things are a-brewing! ;)

I know ... I know ... you're over there like, "JUST TELL ME THE NEWS!" But alas, I cannot. Nothing is official until it's Facebook official. ;) So if you're not following me on Facebook yet, you REALLY should!
