Big Southern Home Wedding | Wedding | Dunn, N.C. Photographer

I absolutely adore this couple. And we are coming up on their 1 year anniversary (in October)! Can you believe it? LOL Let's not talk about the fact that it's taken a full year to blog their wedding ... but it's up and now you can enjoy their beautiful day as they relive it now. :) Congratulations you two!

When I arrived at the Howard House in Dunn, NC I was so impressed how everyone was so calm! It was like just an ordinary day but add a great party. I mean, that's how awesome this couple is. They are so comfortable with each other, they know each other so well and the love between them is so strong that their wedding day was just a bonus for them.

Because he's a baseball player and they had many "dates" on the baseball field and stands as she rooted for him, they of course added a baseball theme to their wedding. I mean, how cool right?!

You wanna see the difference between the groomsmen's room and the bridesmaids' room? LOL the below picture is the proof. LOL These kids are so hilarious. Though, don't get me wrong, the girls had a blast getting ready too, so don't be fooled! LOL

When daddy got to see his little girl for the first time all dolled up. <3

 Look at that smile!

I was sooooo happy when they told me they wanted to do a first look before the ceremony. <3 I LOVE these images!

And of course the girls had to sneak a little peak as the couple met up downstairs LOL

Unfortunately, the bride's mother was unable to physically be there for her baby girl's wedding day, but she knew that mom was watching from heaven. And boy was there proof in the skies. Guys, let me tell ya, there were the darkest of dark clouds moving in fast over the house. Like, me and my partner, Tysha Hallman Photo, were getting super nervous and were constantly changing our settings on the cameras because it was getting darker and darker.

The Wedding coordinator started the wedding a tad earlier too because of the clouds rolling in.

But as the bride walked out with her father, the sun literally burned through the clouds and all of a sudden, the skies were blue. You can't tell in this picture because again, this sent Tysha and I frantically moving to fix out settings to get this epic ceremony,

Look at the groom's smile. He couldn't wait to marry his love.

And this, this folks, was when the pastor noticed a fly swimming in the couple's wine for communion ... lol ...
The groom quickly swooped it out, they giggled, and continued on with their first communion as husband and wife.

Because rain was so imminent, I made sure to bring clear umbrellas ... but by the time it came for photos, it was so sunny it wasn't needed. But by golly, I wanted to use those umbrellas. So I made the bride and groom do at least one kissing photo! ;)

The reception was just as beautiful and fun as the ceremony was. I mean ... check it out.

With guests like this, you can't go wrong with a good time!

Congratulations you two and I can't wait to see what the future brings to your family!

  1. A wedding picture taker owes a specific commitment to their customer, frequently at this point their companion, to give them their total and full focus amid this most imperative time in their lives. If it's not too much trouble pick one who will empty their complete self into yours.Sam Gibson Commercial Photographer
